Opening a programme matters; being able to audit it matters just as much: showing that the candidate actually took the training, that their identity was verified, and that the process was recorded.
Participants follow the training from their own panel; progress, time spent and completion are recorded lesson by lesson. Notifications go out by SMS and e-mail, and the announcement board sits on the participant's screen.
National ID number, full name and date of birth are verified through MERNİS. Participants have no password: they sign in with their ID number and a one-time code sent to their phone. The SMS provider is configured under your own institution's contract.
The single-page certificate report carries the IP address, device information, time and completion per lesson, exam attempts, scores and the approval history; it can be printed and filed.
Video, documents, presentations, SCORM packages and exams are supported. Participant and programme lists are imported in bulk from Excel, and exam questions are generated from your documents with AI.
Both the panel and the participant side work on a phone. With passwordless sign-in, the participant gets in with the code sent by SMS in a single step.

The YÖK application is a data form: programme name, delivery mode, duration, quota, fee, instructors, admission and completion requirements and the syllabus. Most of this is already stored in the platform; your application file is assembled on a single screen, the syllabus downloads as a PDF, and any missing fields are listed by name.
No. The platform prepares the application file and your institution submits it through YÖK's own screen; YÖK has not published an application API yet. The design is ready for a submission module the moment that API is published.
